Background:
I was born and raised in Hutchinson Kansas and I was always involved in sports growing up. I ended up doing college athletics, specifically track and field for two years at HCC. This was the first stepping stone to me getting into the exercise/fitness field.
I graduated FHSU with a degree in exercise science and got my personal trainer certification through ACE. I have been a trainer since 2017 and recently obtained my weight loss specialist certification through ACE.
I really enjoy helping and pushing people to achieve their fitness and health goals, as well as giving clients all of the tools necessary to achieve long term success and fulfillment in their fitness journey!
