Tip to Reduce Knee Pain When Doing Squats

Knee pain is one of the biggest complaints we hear from our clients as they get older. Coach Nick demonstrates Spanish Squats which is a great exercise to try if this is you.

Essentially it’s a reverse wall sit used to load the patellar tendon while minimizing compression on the knees. This exercise will allow you to counterbalance your weight by shifting your weight posteriorly.
