GoTimeTraining is looking for an exceptional Wichita Personal Trainer / Fitness Professional to join our team of highly educated & motivated personal trainers for our morning and afternoon/evening shifts (hours listed below) as a full-time salaried employee with some benefits.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High degree of MOTIVATION to hit GOALS, DETAIL ORIENTED, SELF-STARTER, ORGANIZED, and POSITIVE UPBEAT ENERGY TO SERVE others.
• Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or related study (not required but preferred)
• Preferred at least 3 years experience in the Personal Training industry
• Available to work solely for GoTimeTraining
• Must be available to work Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm with some late evenings and weekends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional work ethic
• Enjoys & excels in a team environment.

Minimum Job Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Exercise physiology, or related study (not required but preferred)
• Management or leadership experience is preferred
• Thorough understanding of science based progressive training programs
• Ability to manage a facility, repairs, and required maintenance (being handy is a plus!)
• Ability to lead and manage administrative team members
• Ability to follow processes while being able to make smart decisions to fit the current situation
• Performing client starting personal training consultations (Sales)
• Managing software and fitness scheduling systems
• Teamwork in maintaining the studios appearance and cleanliness
