Graduated with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Friends University in 2012 (taught in schools for a little while but realized that nutrition and fitness are my true passions), National and State Licensed pharmacy technician for 10 years, really started to study nutrition 7 years ago and obtained Precision Nutrition Certification in 2020.
