Background:
I was born in Tulsa OK, lived in nearby Sapulpa OK until age 10, then moved to Winfield KS. I attended Udall High school where I graduated in 2010 with a class of 27 people. I was a 3 sport athlete from age 5 to 18.
After high school I attended Independence Community College where I played two seasons of football. After three semesters I transferred closer to home and attended Cowley County Community College for one semester.
After Cowley I attended Southwestern College in Winfield where I continued to play football. I graduated from Southwestern with a Bachelor's in Sports Management. I really have football to thank for my love of fitness. Seeing progress is an amazing feeling and I want to help others see just how great it is.
