Congratulations on progressing week 3 of your home workouts.

You should be feeling more energized and overall more confident with strength training.

This week we are going to continue to progress you again by increasing the intensity of each exercise while adding in supersets, as instructed by Coach Raymond!

To get started with week 3, access the downloadable workout program that was emailed and text messaged to you.

Just like week 1 & 2, be sure to start and end each workout with our Warm-Up and Cool-Down exercises at the bottom of this post.
