Let’s get you started with this 4-week Beginner strength training program from the comfort of your own home.

Our Lead Personal Trainer at GoTimeTraining, Raymond Elliott, has created an easy to follow workout program to help you build confidence and strength to overcome anything that comes your way in life.

To get started, access the downloadable workout program that was emailed and text messaged to you.

We’ve included full instructional videos below on how to perform each exercise with your new Personal Trainer, Raymond. Raymond breaks down each exercise that can be done at home with basic equipment.

Be sure to start and end each workout with our Warm-Up and Cool-Down exercises at the bottom of this post.
