Our Response to COVID-19

Dear GoTime Family and Inquiring Customers,

The healthy and safety of our family of clients and Team is our utmost importance while we continue to serve the community of Wichita to improve their mental and physical well being.

We have worked very hard to create a safe environment and take our cleaning/disinfecting procedures very serious, even before the Pandemic.

Our Team continues to serve our Wichita community while doing our part in the following ways to ensure each client, Team member, and visitor remain as safe as possible:

• - 8,000+ square feet of floor space for adequate social distancing at all times.
• - Live virtual training options are available for all programs.
• - Floor markings to indicate 6+ feet of social distance for training sessions.
• - Employees wearing masks at all times.
• - Clients required to wear a mask, except during exercise.
• - Limited capacity of Group Training from 18 to 12.
• - Infrared no-touch temperature check-ins of all clients and employees.
• - Required to wash hands or use sanitizing product prior to entering training session.
• - Sanitizing stations around the facility.
• - Cleaning of high touch surfaces throughout the day with a hospital type disinfectant that is EPA registered for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus responsible for COVID-19 (EPA Registration No. 87508-3-89334).
• - No shared equipment during any training sessions and sanitized before put away .
• - Clients in Semi-Private Training and Group Training will be given a clean microfiber towel and have access to disinfectant to assist in sanitizing equipment before put away or used by another client.
• - Daily disinfecting (10 minutes exposure at 100 ppm for hard surfaces) of all equipment with a a hospital type disinfectant that is EPA registered for use against SARS-CoV-2 disinfection.
