Cardio Workouts for Any Fitness Level

3 Levels of Cardio Workouts

We know many of you have been participating in the 40 Day Cardio Challenge. We are getting close to the end of the challenge as Black Friday approaches so we wanted to give you a few more cardio options before it ends! Pick your level and give these these cardio workouts a try!

Beginner – 4 to 5 Rounds, 30 mins

  1. Walking, Fast Pace x 5 mins
  2. Slow Mountain Climbers x 5 each
  3. Upper Cuts x 10 each
  4. Lateral Shuffles x 10 each
  5. Jumping Jacks x 20

Intermediate – 5 to 6 Rounds, 30 mins

  1. Stair Climb x 2 mins
  2. Walkouts x 5
  3. Butt Kicks x 10 each
  4. Step-ups x 5 each
  5. High Plank x 30 sec
  6. Skaters x 10 each


Advanced – Work/Rest: 40 sec x 20 sec, 5 rounds, 30 mins

  1. Rower/ERG
  2. Jump Rope
  3. Boxing – Jab, Cross, Hook
  4. Sprints
  5. Parasites
